Responsibilities

Hunt for new logos and expand relationships at high potential accounts in Healthcare and Lifesciences business unit.

Lead relationship management with existing clients and build strong relationships within client organizations.

Develop and implement strategic business plans for business expansion.

Identify customer and market trends, competitive landscape, and position Cyient solutions accordingly.

Prepare rolling forecasts/budgets for revenue and order intake.

Implement business strategies to drive profitable relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts.

Be a client-facing advocate, ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Connect with different seniority and functional levels within customers to understand their priorities, strategies, and challenges.

Translate customer needs into business opportunities across financial, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Regularly meet with customers and new contacts.

Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.

Advocate Cyient capabilities and solutions to solve customer problems.

Negotiate contracts, MSA, and commercial pricing.

Collaborate with leadership, sales, pre-sales, and marketing organizations to deliver customer-focused messages.
