Responsibilities
“Hunter” sales mentality
Experience selling into complex matrixed organizations (preferably government)
Experienced strategic selling background in a medium to long sales cycle sale (Law Enforcement or Corrections a plus)
Strong relationship builder and ability to relate to the front line or the C-Suite
Tech Savvy.
Experience managing the sales process and cycle thru a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
Regional Territory Management
Excellent Client Relations Management
Rolodex of Corrections contacts/relationships an advantage
Position requires flexibility to travel 70-80%, including overnight.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Five years Business Development, marketing and strategic selling experience
