Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts and life sciences ecosystem partners
Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively to address them.
Become a trusted advisor for finance and clinical executives and highlight the value of our solutions.
Attend industry conferences and host regional and local events
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Present Condor’s solutions effectively, showcasing its capabilities in automating clinical accruals, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Prepare and negotiate complex sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive client success.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in Salesforce
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Finance or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise sales or a related field, preferably in Lifesciences, biotech, pharma
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and sales methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with senior-level executives
Proficiency in CRM software
