Responsibilities
Establish customer contact and rapport to maintain awareness of customer’s business objectives in conjunction with ongoing account maintenance.
Utilize customer knowledge to develop additional or new opportunities
Qualify inquiries/bids against target market, core competency, revenue potential, company capabilities, and projected business forecast
Manage RFP process to include solution design concepts, deadlines, supply added information, presentation, process/status tracking
Create written strategic action plans for customer management and expansion
Oversee projects and business relationships, exceeding customer’s expectations.
Responsible for directing contractual negotiations, and assisting/participating in the negotiations as necessary.
Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Required
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Generally prefer 6-8 years of related management experience.
