Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence in the United States, Canada and Mexico
Identify target markets, key accounts, and industry segments to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within the group, leisure, and luxury travel industry
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, travel advisors, and corporate clients
Negotiate and establish favorable terms and agreements with partners to enhance service offerings and competitiveness in the market
Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in both luxury and group/mass business segments
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with key and prospect contacts to promote services and secure business opportunities
Represent the companies at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to showcase services, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry trends
Organize and coordinate participation in events, including logistics, marketing materials, and promotional activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Analyze business data and performance metrics to assess business performance and inform strategic decision-making
Other duties within the scope of the position may be required from time to time.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of actively working within group or leisure travel, coordinating with travel agencies and advisors in North America
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass business segments
Strong understanding of the United States travel market, with experience in promoting destination-based travel services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely while delivering against targets
Willingness to travel for tradeshows, events, and client meetings as required
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
Candidates must sit in EST.
