Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client portfolio within the luxury hospitality and residential sectors
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, brand directors, and key decision-makers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach across both hospitality and residential segments
Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's expertise
Lead pitch presentations and negotiate service agreements
Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and agency capabilities
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape in both hospitality and residential markets to identify new opportunities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across both sectors
Represent the agency at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Required
8+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in hospitality, high-end residential development, or related fields
Proven track record of securing and maintaining contracts
Extensive network within relevant industries
Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and current trends in both hospitality and residential markets
Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel
Strategic thinking and excellent business acumen
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Polished personal presence and professional demeanor
Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
Ability to understand and articulate creative and technical solutions
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
Financial acumen to develop accurate proposals and manage complex pricing structures
Understanding of hospitality processes and terminology
Preferred
Experience with mixed-use developments that combine hospitality and residential elements
