Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and onboard new suppliers, aligning with REPOWR's growth goals.
Build relationships with potential suppliers to understand their needs and position REPOWR as a valuable partner.
Lead negotiations and contracts with new suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling value propositions and campaigns for supplier acquisition.
Oversee a book of business comprising existing supplier accounts, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Regularly communicate with suppliers to address challenges, share insights, and foster long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing suppliers, including expanding their utilization of REPOWR’s platform.
Track supplier performance metrics and implement strategies to improve engagement and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to align supplier strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback from suppliers to drive platform improvements and tailor solutions to meet market demands.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Preferred
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
