Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT outsourcing and staff augmentation markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the executive team to align business development efforts with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Represent ZYL Devs at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT outsourcing industry.
Proven experience in scaling IT outsourcing companies.
Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
