Responsibilities

Develop and standardize replicable, scalable onboarding and hardware implementation processes for restaurants of varying sizes and complexities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to align onboarding efforts with customer needs and expectations.
Monitor onboarding success metrics (time to activation, customer satisfaction, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.
Create and maintain a structured backlog management process for new and ongoing implementations.
Oversee daily reporting of the onboarding backlog and implementation calendar to track project progress and remove roadblocks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address delays and optimize project timelines.
Hire, train, and lead onboarding teams in preparation for market expansions in 2025 and beyond.
Develop team structures and playbooks to support high-growth objectives while maintaining consistency and quality.
Build robust procedures for networking, network management, and setup during hardware implementations.
Provide technical expertise to ensure optimal installation of point-of-sale hardware, software, and peripheral systems.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design processes for troubleshooting and pre-installation technical assessments.

Required

5+ years in customer onboarding, project management, or implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in scaling onboarding operations for hardware/software products in industries like hospitality, fintech, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including network configuration, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
Proven track record of building and leading teams across multiple geographies.
Experience creating operational frameworks for backlog management and process optimization.

Preferred

Familiarity with POS systems or related hardware/software solutions is a plus.
