Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability and security across all systems.
Oversee adherence to compliance standards, including SOC2, ISO, and GDPR, ensuring that all infrastructure meets these requirements.
Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure infrastructure supports the unique needs of AI-driven solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead an infrastructure team, fostering a culture of innovation, security, and reliability.
Lead cloud strategy and DevOps practices, focusing on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Work cross-functionally with development, product, and security teams to ensure infrastructure alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain incident response strategies, ensuring high availability and rapid recovery in case of system outages.

Required
7+ years in infrastructure roles, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).
Certification or equivalent experience in one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
Proficiency in implementing security best practices, including encryption, secure access controls, and data privacy, as well as developing and executing incident response plans.
Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure, network design, and DevOps, including automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Experience with modern observability and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, and similar tools) to ensure system health, performance optimization, and proactive incident management.
Experience supporting AI models, including AI/ML Ops practices (LLM Ops) for efficient model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Proven ability to lead teams and scale infrastructure in a start-up or high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, incident response, and performance tuning.
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Previous experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in employee engagement or similar domains.
Strong expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and their respective ecosystem (e.g., Helm).
