Responsibilities
Partnership Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships while driving mutual success.
Business Development & Retention : Lead both prospecting efforts to identify new partners and retention strategies to nurture long-term relationships. Focus on cultivating new corporate partnerships and maintaining strong ties with existing ones to ensure sustained engagement.
Revenue Generation : Lead the acquisition of new multi-year sponsorships and strategic funding opportunities, ensuring they align with Coral Gardeners’ mission to restore coral reefs and protect marine ecosystems. Secure high-impact partnerships and drive significant revenue growth.
Collaboration : Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with the Communications and Sales teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and ensure seamless execution of corporate initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis : Track partnership performance, provide regular reports on key metrics to the CRO, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue and engagement goals.

Required
At least 5 years in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising, ideally within an NGO or social impact organization.
Proven success in securing significant sponsorships or corporate donations (minimum $500K).
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to sell the Coral gardeners’ mission and programs effectively.
Ability to leverage influence to close high-value deals and navigate complex corporate environments.
Ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies, leveraging data and market insights to drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and key decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile partnerships and build lasting, trust-based relationships with companies that prioritize environmental impact and innovation.
A track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in English; French-speaking is a plus.
