Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization's data analytics and business intelligence strategy aligned with business goals
Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to deliver impactful, data-driven insight
Partner with internal and external business units (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver solutions to drive performance and growth
Manage the integration of data across multiple systems and platforms to create a unified, accurate data ecosystem
Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and internal data security policies
Implement data visualization strategies that enable both technical and non-technical teams to easily interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Continuously optimize and innovate BI platforms and reporting tools to improve performance and efficiency
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business operations and performance
Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making
Provide ongoing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business health and recommend corrective actions when necessary
Build and mentor a diverse, high-performance analytics and business intelligence team
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development through training and career growth opportunities
Oversee resource allocation and project prioritization to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions

Required
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and implementing BI systems and analytics strategies that have driven business success
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and BI platforms
Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and modern analytics technologies (e.g., Python, R, Spark)
Experience with data governance, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Ability to travel as needed
