Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization’s data analytics and business intelligence strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to generate impactful, data-driven insights.
Collaborate with various internal and external business units (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive performance and growth.
Oversee the integration of data across diverse systems and platforms to establish a cohesive and accurate data ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and uphold internal data security policies.
Implement data visualization strategies that enable both technical and non-technical teams to effectively interpret data and make informed decisions.
Continuously optimize BI platforms and reporting tools to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business operations and performance.
Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Provide ongoing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business health and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Build and mentor a diverse, high-performance analytics and business intelligence team.
Set clear performance expectations, offer regular feedback, and foster professional development through training and career growth opportunities.
Manage resource allocation and project prioritization to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
Perform other duties as required.

Required
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing BI systems and analytics strategies that drive business success.
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and BI platforms.
Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and modern analytics technologies (e.g., Python, R, Spark).
Familiarity with data governance, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, focusing on coaching and talent development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset for tactical execution.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Comprehensive understanding of business processes and the impact of data analytics on departmental improvements.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
