Responsibilities

Own the demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals aligned with company objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, ABM, and paid media to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Ensure alignment with sales and product teams for consistent messaging and effective execution.
Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring personalized and impactful outreach.
Partner with Revenue Operations to define, track, and analyze KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce and other Martech solutions to drive automation, segmentation, and personalization at scale.
Work closely with product marketing to align messaging with audience needs and lifecycle stages.
Own and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Flexible work style comfortable in a fast moving, highly energy and evolving environment
Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
Experience in a rapid growth, fast paced environment with a demonstrated history of goal setting and achievement.

Required

8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a SaaS B2B environment.
Expertise in ABM strategies, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
Experience managing and building reports in Salesforce.
