Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our sales and marketing objectives, focusing on lead generation, ABM, and customer acquisition.
Digital Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of digital marketing channels, including paid media (PPC, display, social), and email marketing, to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Pipeline Growth: Own the marketing pipeline and be accountable for pipeline generation and progression, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns to reach target audiences across various stages of the buyer journey. Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implement and optimize ABM programs targeting key accounts in collaboration with Sales, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting, and account engagement.
Marketing Automation & CRM: Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product & Content Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI on spend.

Required
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer-centric messaging.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company growth objectives.
Preferred
MBA is a plus.
