Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, conversions, and revenue impact across multiple channels.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated demand generation campaigns (e.g., email, paid media, SEO, and more).
Implement scalable programs to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports that track the performance of demand generation programs. Optimize programs based on performance insights to improve ROI.
Work closely with BDRs, Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure messaging alignment, persona targeting, and the effectiveness of lead hand-off processes.
Manage and allocate the demand generation budget effectively across channels to maximize pipeline impact.
Leverage Hubspot and Salesforce to optimize lead workflows, develop nurture programs, lead scoring and improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, test new channels and tactics, and continually optimize campaigns based on insights and A/B testing.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs in a B2B or SaaS environment
Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising channels
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
Excellent project management and agency/vendor management skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working in cross-functional and remote teams
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement strategies
