Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content syndication, etc.).
Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and alignment on campaign strategies and goals.
Optimize lead nurturing processes through marketing automation and CRM integration.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with content, product, and field marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and assets.
Manage budget allocation and track ROI for demand generation activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to grow and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
