Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan for revenue generation, aligned with organizational goals
Diversify funding streams, including, but not limited to, individual giving, corporate sponsorships, major gifts, event fundraising, mission outreach and awareness
Support Executive Directors with developing proposals to various funding sources–with an emphasis on new private sources (75%), but also including public sources (25%)
Collaborate with Executive Directors and other team members to ensure grant compliance and nurture relationships with funders
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and prospective donors with a focus on donors who have the potential to make a major investment in CHL
Implement effective donor stewardship and retention strategies
Manage the donor database and reporting functions
Develop compelling fundraising campaigns, including annual giving and special events
Monitor campaign progress and report on outcomes
Partner with Co-Executive Directors and Board to align fundraising with organizational vision
Integrate fundraising strategies across the organization
Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize fundraising ROI
Implement data-driven fundraising strategies
Provide regular reports on fundraising metrics and insights, including performance against established goals

Required
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or grant writing
Successful history of meeting or exceeding fundraising and grant acquisition goals
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in fundraising software, preferably GiveButter and HubSpot
Passion for mental health advocacy and the nonprofit sector
