Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.

Provide personalized communication and engagement to donors, demonstrating the impact of their contributions.

Organize events to cultivate donor relationships.

Research and identify potential grant opportunities.

Prepare compelling grant proposals and applications.

Ensure timely submission of grant reports and fulfill reporting requirements.

Oversee fundraising campaigns, including online and offline efforts.

Collaborate with comms and content team to develop materials that effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and fundraising database.

Analyze donor data to inform fundraising strategies and identify trends.

Work directly with the Executive Director and other strategic partners as required.
