Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of strategic plans to advance renewable energy projects through all development stages, from conception to construction handoff.

Oversee Project Development Activities: Manage permitting, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and transmission interconnection processes while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

Lead and Mentor Teams: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Represent the Organization: Serve as a key public-facing representative, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners to align with organizational objectives.

Drive Strategic Partnerships: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term agreements to support project success and financial growth.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years in renewable energy project development, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.

Preferred

Extensive wind experience, particularly in the WECC and MISO regions.

Proven leadership in full lifecycle project development.
