Responsibilities
Develop and implement a thorough programmatic strategy that aligns with wider business objectives and client goals.
Create a Programmatic methodology that complements the Customer Generation methodology.
Identify and assess new opportunities for programmatic growth and innovation, keeping abreast of industry trends.
Oversee the execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
Utilize a data-driven approach to campaign analysis, employing advanced targeting, creative strategies, and optimization techniques.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic strategists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's proficiency in programmatic buying and optimization.
Act as the programmatic expert in sales presentations and client meetings, conveying the value and strategy behind campaigns.
Utilize various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like The Trade Desk and Google Display & Video 360 to facilitate campaign success, with a strong emphasis on programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and audio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., paid search, marketing operations, creative) to refine and enhance the programmatic product offering.
Drive the innovation of new products, formats, and targeting strategies to improve programmatic solutions for clients.
Manage the department's budget, including staffing and resource requirements, ensuring capacity planning and the maintenance of healthy margins.

Required
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency.
Proven success in developing and managing high-performance programmatic campaigns within the B2B tech/SaaS sector.
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, data providers, and measurement platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and other campaign analysis tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Proactive in promoting innovation and disruption, capable of effectively integrating new ideas into existing processes.
Experience in communicating as an executive sponsor for key accounts, demonstrating exceptional customer service and engagement with C-Suite representatives during critical interactions such as Annual Business Reviews or Renewal discussions.
A dynamic performance-marketing mindset focusing on B2B, with a clear perspective on what is necessary to achieve performance success and a curiosity for the future of the Programmatic space in B2B SaaS and Tech organizations.
