Required
Minimum of 20 years of experience in fabrication engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in welding, brake press forming, robotics, and laser cutting.
Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
