Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and/or manufacturing engineering, preferably within the trailer industry or a highly relevant application.
Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams with a results-oriented approach, including hiring and training of new engineers
Demonstrated success in guiding complex engineering projects from conception to successful completion.
In-depth understanding of engineering principles, encompassing statics, dynamics, and materials science.
Extensive experience in designing with welded and fabricated structural aluminum products.
Comprehensive knowledge of aluminum extrusion sourcing and selection processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Preferred
Proficiency in aluminum welding techniques.
Entrepreneurial experience developing teams and products in a startup environment.
Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to analyze the structural integrity of aluminum designs.
Leverage Solidworks for 3D modeling and design to enhance product development.
