Responsibilities

Report to CEO and collaborate closely with the CTO and Head of Product in bringing new product features to market

Manage the entire product development team including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX and DevOps to ensure they are productive and meeting their assigned OKRs

Manage the agile software development process, managing sprints, prioritizing clearly, removing obstacles to productivity and driving a culture of continuous improvement

Manage the web application team to deliver web application features in a MySQL, Java, Angular stack

Manage the mobile team to deliver mobile app features in native iOS and Android

Manage the integrations team to deliver critical integrations through REST based APIs and our integration platforms

Manage our DevOps team to ensure our infrastructure is robust, high performing, scalable and secure

Manage the development of our new AI features which are critical to our 2025 roadmap

Drive a positive culture and make key hires necessary to drive future success

Required

10+ years of software engineering experience

5+ years of exceptional engineering leadership experience as Director or VP building, mentoring and guiding teams

5+ years managing leading agile development processes

5+ years of managing SaaS web app development - MySQL, Java, Angular

3+ years of managing mobile app development - iOS, Android, Swift, Obj-C, Java

2+ years managing DevOps and cloud infrastructure - AWS, Terraform

Proven track record of delivering high quality, successful SaaS/Cloud/Mobile products to market

Experience with AI LLM platforms and managing development of AI features

Experience working directly with customers and partners as needed in a technical leadership role

Ability to collaborate with executive leadership, product, marketing, sales and customer success in ensuring the success of the organization in meeting its goals

BS in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
