Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10+ software engineers in building and supporting Gigapixel, Photo AI, and Video AI products.
Collaborate with research, design, and product teams to enhance applications with each release.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to engineers on best practices and ensure quality standards are met.
Contribute to the leadership team by driving innovation and excellence in engineering practices.

Required
At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, and at least 2+ years of direct people leadership
You've previously grown an engineering team from 0-5 to 10+
You think from first principles and focus on the core issues, with an excellent grasp of software development principles and best practices
You are still hands-on programming and have previously built customer-facing software
You have a good sense of user experience and product design
Preferred
Strongly preferred: experience as a technical founder or early engineer in a fast-paced tech startup
Strongly preferred: photography / videography interest and experience
