Responsibilities
Develop effective relationships with partners and integrators to develop pipeline within Federal government agencies
Selling to Federal agencies, integrators, intelligence community and Defense Sector our software as a subscription or service
Achieve quarterly and annual quotas as set forth by management
Maximize sales productivity through consistent use of defined sales processes
Accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting within Salesforce
Demonstrate competency in the growing E-Discovery, Forensics and Privacy marketplace
Represent Exterro at industry events
Partner with Business Development Representatives, Channel Director, and other internal resources to build out the territory

Required
5+ years successful field sales experience within the Federal Market
Background in eDiscovery, Forensics or Data Privacy, Security & Governance software solution selling
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Exterro’s value
Must be organized, detail and process oriented
Track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations in a rapidly evolving technology domain
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
Full understanding of the US Government’s acquisition processes and IT budget planning
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and salesforce.com
Travel both locally and nationally for Trade Shows, customer and Headquarters visits (25-50%)
Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills
Existing relationships within the Federal Government, its industry partners, and System Integrator community
