Responsibilities

Proactively develops strategies to address regional/hotel business challenges and pace deficits and orchestrates their execution with on property teams.
Leads team of on property Marketing Managers to execute marketing strategies; finds opportunities to elevate and develop team to become more strategic.
Collaborates with Sales and Revenue Management cross-functional teams to develop and implement local sales/marketing/revenue plans.
Collaborate with Corporate and Agency partners to develop and activate in person experiential marketing opportunities to raise brand awareness, nurture business relationships, and enhance customer engagement/loyalty.
Understands the business needs, competitive environment and challenges for their designated Resorts and guides the development of localized, marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, measurement and continual analysis.
Assists the brand, loyalty, partnership and digital teams with the communication of Corporate initiatives to the field to ensure maximum participation.
Provides leadership, communications and ensures that all local programs and initiatives align closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities.
Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives
Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all Resorts.
Identifies revenue driving opportunities for Resorts within markets and region.
Identifies industry trends and local market trends to influence marketing tactics.

Must be able to read, write and speak English. Skilled in oral and written communication is required.
Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
Strong leadership, management and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and teach.
Must be a self-starter and able to work well with high-level management and all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and deadline driven while maintaining a ‘big picture’ view.
Mature; sound judgment and high level of confidentiality.
Extreme organization skills with an ability to hold both oneself and others accountable
