Responsibilities
Lead and optimize all FP&A processes, including annual planning, long-range planning, scenario planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts and budgets to enable a data-driven approach to strategy at the company
Partner with cross-functional departments and various stakeholders to drive the company’s financial sustainability goals
Conduct strategic financial analysis, including, but not limited to, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc strategic modeling
Prepare and present insightful financial reporting packages to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and external stakeholders
Lead and develop a financial operations systems strategy; own and streamline the day-to-day operations and processes
Continuously drive initiatives to optimize and automate financial systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business
Drive the finance function toward operational excellence and readiness to scale
Spearhead company-wide initiatives related to our financial sustainability goals
Extract actionable information from our financial systems

Required
7+ years of increasing responsibility in FP&A or Finance
Experience in a startup or high growth environment is required
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
Self-starter and collaborative team player, who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and externally
Regularly demonstrates Boulder’s core values
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
