Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish clear goals, provide regular feedback, and create opportunities for professional growth within the team.
Evaluate and refine financial processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new financial tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced workflows.
Oversee timely invoicing, payment collection, and cash application.
Monitor AR aging and implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
Manage vendor payments, expense approvals, and reconciliation.
Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees and contractors.
Stay current with payroll regulations and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
Own and optimize all money-in and money-out processes to maintain operational flow.
Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard dlivrd’s assets.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports related to AR, AP, and payroll activities to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in finance operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in AR/AP, payroll systems, and financial compliance.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on building trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
