Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Provide insightful financial analyses and reporting to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all functional areas, focusing on SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC payback, LTV, and churn.

Oversee the company’s accounting operations through management of an outsourced accounting firm.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Partner with the executive team to support growth strategies, product launches, and market expansion.

Provide scenario modeling and risk analysis for potential business opportunities.

Optimize cash flow management and ensure proper allocation of resources.

Collaborate with department leaders to manage budgets and improve financial discipline across the organization.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
