Manage and integrate complex finance processes across the company.
Oversee and optimize communication strategies within the finance department and towards external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain high-level relationships across the industry.
Lead the resolution of complex disagreements, preserving strategic relationships.
Lead by example in providing comprehensive feedback that fosters professional growth and accountability.
Implement structured feedback processes to ensure constructive communication and continuous improvement.
Lead mentoring initiatives, ensuring high levels of expertise across the finance team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is required.
Proven experience in managing teams responsible for financial reporting and strategic alignment.
Demonstrated ability to guide advanced analytics for business decision support.
Strong leadership in strategic budgeting and long-term financial planning.
Extensive experience in leading significant corporate finance initiatives and managing risk.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to integrate finance operations with organizational objectives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain high-level industry relationships.
Proven track record in mentoring and developing finance professionals.
Ability to organize and implement major corporate initiatives successfully.
English proficiency - Upper Intermediate/Advanced
Preferred
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
