Responsibilities
Partner with the EVP of FP&A and the CFO to assist with the Company's strategic and operational management
Work with the CFO / EVP of FP&A and the rest of the team to develop detailed financial and business plans, including a long-term business plan and the corresponding financial plan
Leverage the existing financial reporting infrastructure to further build out the Company’s financial reporting, business intelligence, planning and analytics capabilities
Further develop and refine operating and financial metrics, and use these metrics to help manage and drive the business
Build automated dashboards that bring visibility to key operational and financial metrics
Provide a bridge between the business operations and the finance function and help to position the Company for its continued rapid growth
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets, reports and forecasts for the Company and shareholders. Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models that include metrics and benchmarks for analysis
Work with the Company's private equity sponsor and Board by effectively assisting in financial matters, including budgeting, cash management, financial reporting, and banking relationships
Evaluate and maintain the appropriate internal financial controls
Manage multiple entities in a consolidated financial presentation, which includes managing multiple third-party partner relationships.

Required
Must have at least five years of experience in the Mortgage industry
A strong operational and strategic bias that complements his/her finance background
A strong background in all areas of finance, including reporting, controls, accounting and tax
Demonstrated ability to work with disparate data across multiple sources to form conclusions and synthesize into key takeaways
A thorough knowledge of controls/systems and a process orientation
Ability to understand how financial systems work ensuring that Executives can access data needed
Strong technology skills including financial and accounting applications, Excel, Word, Power Point, internet and intranet required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong cultural fit will be important – GR is a customer-focused, fast-paced results oriented culture
Team Player with strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders
Preferred
Proven experience as an FP&A leader functioning in a private equity environment
CPA certification
