Responsibilities
Lead the research, identification, and prioritization of grant opportunities that align with Solution Community’s mission and strategic goals.
Develop compelling grant proposals, reports, and other written materials to secure funding and maintain relationships with foundations and grantors.
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing foundation partners, acting as a key point of contact for communications and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary data, impact stories, and supporting documentation for grant applications.
Monitor and evaluate grant deliverables, deadlines, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless execution.
Provide strategic recommendations for diversifying funding streams and optimizing grant-related processes.

Required
A proven track record in grant writing, fundraising, or foundation relations, ideally within non-profit or social impact sectors.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and project management abilities.
Attention to detail is a must!
