Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to 5-10x daily user growth numbers, focusing on acquiring high-quality users
Drive installs and engagement through content-driven campaigns, especially short-form video platforms like TikTok and Instagram
Partner with product teams to optimize user flows and retention strategies, ensuring seamless experiences that boost lifetime value
Implement and oversee robust analytics frameworks (e.g., attribution tools) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making
Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to identify high-impact growth levers
Scale existing growth pillars—performance marketing, organic content, and lifecycle marketing (email, push, SMS)—to the next level
Identify and execute on emerging growth channels and opportunities for 10x returns
Define and enhance Checkmate's brand through storytelling and messaging that resonates with Gen Z
Unify marketing efforts across all channels to create a cohesive and compelling brand 'vibe.'
Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Provide thought leadership in the growth marketing space, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

Required
At least 5 years in growth-focused roles (acquisition, lifecycle, or product growth) with a strong track record of driving results in fast-paced environments
Deep expertise in analytics, including setting up and interpreting attribution frameworks and optimizing data-driven campaigns
Experience working with product teams to enhance user experiences and unlock growth opportunities
Proficiency in scaling growth through short-form video content and influencer marketing
Proven ability to think big and execute incrementally, finding creative solutions to scale
Thrives in startup environments, where rolling up your sleeves and getting things done is key to success
Preferred
Experience in technology, high-growth startups, or direct-to-consumer brands is a major plus
US remote - Los Angeles or New York City preferred
