Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Kyo’s in-network funding sources.
Negotiate, execute, and implement contracts with insurance providers, school districts, and state departments of health, obtaining the necessary internal approvals prior to execution.
Maintain legible and accurate internal policy documents reflecting current policies of funding sources, in order to ensure organizational contract compliance. Communicate these changes to stakeholders companywide.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing agreements, and regulatory requirements.Conduct periodic audits to identify and address compliance risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Oversee the real estate leasing process for Kyo, from initial property search to lease execution and renewal negotiations, collaborating with legal and insurance partners as necessary.
Oversee the steps required for Kyo's expansion into new states, including foreign business entity registrations, and related employment tax set up.
Collaborate with the Kyo executive team to perform acquisition due diligence.
Lead project management for acquisition target integration. Collaborate with Kyo operational leaders to accomplish integration tasks timely, problem solving for deal-specific issues as they arise.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare field, including reimbursement systems, coding principles, and billing regulations and compliance.
Minimum of 2 years experience with contract review, negotiation, and implementation.
Ability to work independently and make priority determinations without direct supervision.
Strong organization and verbal communication skills, attention to details required.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment, remaining focused and composed in stressful situations.
Experience with project management, workflow management, and EMR systems used in contract and revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
Strong internet connection and professional environment with the ability to utilize video conferencing for long periods of time with limited interruptions.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Sit or stand for extended periods of time, remaining in a stationary position for up to 100% of an 8-hour workday.
Reach with hands and arms; use hands to type with a keyboard and handle objects (e.g. computer mouse); speak and hear.
Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
Must be able to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals.
Must be able to receive and act on detailed information through oral communication, in the English language.
