Responsibilities

Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth, capture demand, and support the global sales team in meeting revenue goals. Ensure alignment with sales objectives to maximize demand generation efforts.
Traffic & SEO Management: Drive SEO efforts and all organic growth initiatives, continuously monitor site and social media traffic trends, and take ownership of website performance to optimize conversion
Paid Campaign Oversight: Manage and optimize PPC and SEM campaigns and other channels, establishing clear metrics to measure effectiveness and ensuring efficient budget allocation.
HubSpot & Marketing Automation: Own HubSpot workflows, create automation for lead nurturing, define lifecycle stages and lead statuses, and maintain consistency across campaigns to prevent issues.
Analytics & Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards, providing accurate reporting on key KPIs and channel effectiveness. Lead efforts to optimize spend and drive continuous improvements.
Team Building & Agency Collaboration: Establish an SDR team or partner with agencies to enhance outreach, as well as manage relationships with external marketing agencies to support scalable growth strategies.

Required

7+ years of experience driving demand generation programs for B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software
Experience leading a team contributing to revenue growth of at least $15 million in ARR
Proven ability to create robust pipelines and understanding of SaaS KPIs and metrics
Experience building and managing high-performance marketing teams
Lives and breathes HubSpot and 'marketing ops' – with HubSpot automation and workflows and dashboards experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment

Preferred

Experience in multi-product, platform company
Experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration, fintech, enterprise software, or SaaS
Bonus points for someone who’s using AI to grow a pipeline
