Responsibilities
Build a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable demand generation engine that aligns with the company's growth targets.
Lead a team of high-performing growth marketers across paid acquisition, SEO, web, and events.
Execute a full-funnel channel strategy to drive a high-quality pipeline for Sales at an efficient LTV/CAC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing data and technology capabilities for improved efficiency.
Work closely with Data and Finance teams to refine attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurements.
Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and a proactive approach to growth innovation.

Required
8-10+ years of marketing experience, specifically in demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
3-5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
Proven ability to manage 8-figure budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.
Experience utilizing a variety of marketing channels and tactics (paid, SEO, ABM, organic, etc.) to execute effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Familiarity with vendors, tools, systems, and tactics in an evolving marketing landscape.
An owner’s mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and delve into details for problem-solving.
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or tech industries.
