Responsibilities

Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and access review processes
Collaborate with Security on access control policies and enforcing least privilege principles to restrict access to sensitive data and resources based on user roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal security policies related to identity management and access control, such as HIPAA, PCI, and SOX.
Building and leading a team of IAM professionals providing guidance, mentoring, and training to develop their skills and expertise in identity and access management.

Required

Strong experience in leading an IAM department
Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory and privileged accounts
Technical expertise in IAM technology
Strong Process Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Identity Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and access review processes
Access Control: Collaborate with Security on access control policies and enforcing least privilege principles to restrict access to sensitive data and resources based on user roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
