Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies to improve customer understanding and utilization of SES digital products.
Work with editorial and development teams to create in-product support and resources.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to host webinars on product implementation and best practices.
Oversee the development and delivery of training for both internal teams and customers, focusing on administrators’ success.
Partner with the Professional Learning Manager (PLM), Customer Success Manager, and Sales Director to align training initiatives.
Support the creation of comprehensive training modules for both in-person and eLearning formats.
Lead technical onboarding projects with customers, managing integrations with learning platforms, rostering systems, and SSO solutions.
Work with technical partners (Clever, ClassLink, EdLink) and customers to define customization requirements.
Provide Tier 2 technical support for escalated technical issues and onboarding challenges.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to produce product documentation, compliance details, and privacy policies.
Contribute to the SES knowledge base with up-to-date training, product information, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide customer-driven insights for SES’s product roadmap to support future digital product enhancements.
Actively participate in cross-departmental discussions to align digital product features with customer needs.
Manage the Implementation and Training department, including budget planning, staffing, and vendor management.
Conduct performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members, including freelance and technical consultants.

Required
7+ years in technical support, technology integration, or consulting for digital learning products within the K-12 education sector.
Deep knowledge of eLearning standards, instructional design, and education technology platforms.
Proven success in implementing technical solutions for schools, including platform integrations, data management, and SSO.
Experience developing training programs and resources for digital products.
Strong instructional design background, with a focus on K-12 digital products preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product, instructional, and technical goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
A Master’s degree is preferred.
