Responsibilities
Contract Management: Contract Evaluation, Creation, Negotiation, Execution; Contract Mgmt; Contract Operations.
Service Delivery Management: Issue Identification & Resolution; Reporting; Staffing; Compliance; Change Management.
Strategic Sourcing: Set Strategic Sourcing Initiative Strategy; Execute Strategic Sourcing Activity Strategy; Execute RFX; Evaluate Vendors; Negotiate/ Award; Transition; Conduct Strategic Sourcing Process including Category Management, SRM and Business Operations.
IGP Support- Support- Report/ Train/ Tools
Support- Governance - Resource Mgmt, Budget Support, SLAs, Special Projects Support-Intake/ Assessment, Business Continuity Single Point of Contact, See Governance Manual, Other.
Reporting - Create & Maintain Standard & Non-Standard Reports, Ensure data concordance through validation, continuity, visibility, status, updates, synchronization consistently.
Spend Analysis, Tracker Management, Complex Analytical Modeling (e.g. Total Cost of Ownership, Price Modeling,) requiring Advanced Excel. Other ad hoc.
Training - Create & Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Process Workflows, Presentations.
Tools -Support System Design/ Automation/ Implementation/ Integration of Enhancements Support & Maintenance.
Support - Strategic Sourcing: Advanced Excel expertise is mandatory. Under direction/with pre-approval of Strategic Sourcing support RFX and targeted price negotiations;
Preparation: Perform research to gather market intelligence, determine industry keywords, identify new suppliers. Execute RFX administration throughout the strategic sourcing process such as confirming supplier contact information & coordinating supplier presentations.
Conduct pre-qualification, RFX communications-brokering vendor communications/ notifications, sending follow ups/reminders, Q&A from vendors/stakeholders, eSourcing System related activities (upload/download, vendor training, side by side).
Design & create templates for rate cards to capture fully loaded cost, volume assumptions, construct complex analytical total cost of ownership models including both quantitative and qualitative calculations for stakeholder & other presentations using Excel or PowerPoint.
Built out links in detailed pricing models. Maximize automation.
Quality Control: Perform assurance checks for accurate results.
Assess supplier proposal completion, gathering missing items from suppliers, ensuring appropriate labelling and file compatibility.
Excerpt information from proposal into scorecard, capability overviews, bid matrices & other items.
Total Cost of Ownership & Other Analysis: Analyze and draw conclusions from spend, volume, contract and other information to understand trends, uncover consolidation or other opportunities, and structure negotiations.
Conduct financial health and risk assessments.
Provide recommendations & draw conclusions from observed trends.
Support- Report/ Train/ Tools- Transformation: Drive continuous improvement for any ‘future state’ objectives of the IGP BPO organization.
Support- Report/ Train/ Tools- PMO: Act as the primary contact for program/transition management and interface with the governance team to obtain information, build consensus and ensure program/transition success.
The role will maintain overall responsibility for managing transition and transformation projects, completing those projects on time and on budget, ensuring the quality of the work is consistent with management expectations, and helping to resolve project issues as they arise.
Support- Report/ Train/ Tools- Change Mgmt: Develop communications and change management programs to support the transition / implementation of services into the outsourced environment.
The role will be responsible for the successful and timely completion of all communication and change management plans.
Support- Report/ Train/ Tools- Quality Assurance: Manage and ensure compliance with the overall quality assurance program.
Responsible for directly and indirectly auditing the quality of the overall outsourced services across the multiple process tracks.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
10+ years' relevant work experience
10+ years' of procurement/procurement contracts experience
5+ years' experience in Enterprise Services, or 5+ years' experience in IT, or 5+ years' in Operations
3+ years' experience in people management
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, people management, contract management, and team building skills
