Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain Sendero’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. Manage cloud storage, filing systems, and data management to support seamless workflows.

Lead integration efforts across key platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, NuOrder, and Triple Whale to improve efficiency and data flow, using best practices in software integration.

Implement and monitor security protocols across all systems to protect sensitive information. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and maintain best practices in cyber security.

Oversee data flow and management across Google Suite, Domo, and GA4, ensuring accurate data reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Build and lead the IT team, providing direction, training, and development to meet and exceed operational and security goals. Foster a collaborative environment that aligns with Sendero’s standards and values.

Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to ensure technology supports all business objectives and aligns with broader company goals.

Regularly monitor and report on IT performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring optimal function across all digital platforms.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, evaluating new tools and software as needed to support business needs.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on systems integration, data management, and cloud security.

Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite; strong experience with integration software like Celigo and analytics platforms like Domo and GA4; and familiarity with Google Suite, Shopify, and Triple Whale.

Proven ability to lead IT teams, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.

In-depth understanding of data protection regulations, compliance standards, and IT security protocols.
