Responsibilities
Develop and manage budgets for the insulation segment and department operations.
Lead and manage insulation teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement the segment’s yearly business plan.
Partner with the Business Development (BD) team to identify opportunities and close new business.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement pricing strategies, provide direction on stocking strategies, and update the team on industry trends.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of insulation meets company and industry standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, sales, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in the oil and gas or technical insulation space.
3+ years of experience managing a team.
Extensive experience in the technical application of insulation (technical insulation, mechanical insulation, or industrial gas).
