Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's business goals and drives innovation.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Technology Oversight: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Cybersecurity: Maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and IT assets from threats and vulnerabilities.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
Vendor Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large and distributed organization
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans that drive business success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications
