Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations, including network management, system administration, security and IT support.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

Manage IT budgets, including capital expenditures and operational expenses.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the needs of the business.

Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and Infrastructure.

Provide technical and security support to the business for customer requests.
