Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to upskill teams across all levels
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program impact and ROI
Partner with leadership to identify skills gaps and address talent development needs
Lead the creation of innovative digital learning solutions for remote teams
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Oversee and manage L&D budgets and resources

Required
10+ years of experience in learning & development
Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
Proven ability to align L&D strategies with organizational goals
Experience in designing and tracking KPIs to measure program success
Leadership in driving growth through innovative learning initiatives
