Responsibilities
Designs, develops, plans, implements strategic marketing and plans and/or pricing strategies to support tvONE forecasts for sales of products and services.
Responsible for the digital footprint of all tvONE brands, including web site presence, social media and published external venues.
Manages marketing budgets in excess of $1m annually for all tvONE brands.
Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets.
Enters into contracts with advertising media on behalf of the company.
Plans, oversees, and directs others to implement specific marketing strategies and media (including print, broadcast, online, electronic media, and direct mail) to launch and position products.
Coordinates the development of marketing communications material
Directs coordination of trade show participation and follow-up
Develops and recommends product positioning strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Collaborates with product managers and sales staff to implement new strategies to drive sales.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against marketing programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Contributes to marketing activity reports for executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Maintains brand standard in all work and coaches others to maintain brand standard.
Oversees and represents the tvONE brand at all trade shows, working to strategize and ensure the success of all trade show exhibits and driving engagement of potential customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Manage the daily activities, goal planning and performance evaluation of Green Hippo and tvONE social media and graphic design associates and administrative staff.
Acts as peer influencer with Sales and colleagues in Marketing and Tech Support. Sets priorities for the marketing team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from President.

Required
Minimum 7 years previous marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Prior experience in live events and production a plus.
Knowledge of marketing methodologies for commercial technology manufacturing.
Prior multinational staff supervision required.
Prior experience in digital media advertising and promotion.
Familiarity and experience in trade show planning and management.
