Responsibilities
Brand Awareness and Demand Generation
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the Company to high-demand status within target markets.
Increase brand recall and visibility through multi-channel marketing initiatives using various methods.
Sales Support and Collateral Development
Provide customized marketing support and materials for the sales department to enhance engagement with prospects.
Ensure sales presentations are backed by relevant, up-to-date marketing collateral, testimonials, and post-presentation support materials.
Develop a strong library of personal testimonials, referrals, and case studies that can be used in presentations and featured on the website.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Partnership Development
Media and Advertising Management
Utilize targeted multi-channel marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Content Creation and Brand Messaging
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and continually refine messaging to maintain relevance and engagement.
Data Management and Analysis
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform campaign strategies and optimize ROI.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, experience in public safety or law enforcement sector a plus
Proven track record in brand-building, demand generation, and partnership development
Strong understanding of competitive analysis, specifically in B2B markets
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating large-scale events
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with sales and executive leadership
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Preferred
Experience marketing SaaS, a plus
Experience working with or marketing to law enforcement agencies or similar organizations
Established relationships with industry influencers or partners
