Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Oversee all aspects of marketing including product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and product management to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry, preferably with experience in clean-label or functional ingredients.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
