Responsibilities

Lead and implement the marketing strategy, including existing operations and new openings.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to execute aligned marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage a marketing budget for optimal ROI.
Oversee people and resource planning, and assign goals and responsibilities to the marketing team.
Develop marketing initiatives aimed at guest frequency and repeat business.
Establish and maintain positive media relations, and manage relationships with various PR agencies in multiple markets.
Coordinate and manage projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear direction.
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and website marketing.
Lead the development of effective marketing materials, including content and creative assets.
Supervise the digital and creative teams to ensure responsibilities are undertaken to company standards.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Review weekly sales reports and identify trends to maximise revenue, supporting operations with growth strategies.
Schedule feedback meetings with direct reports and ensure tasks are timeline-driven.
Organise regular meetings with the sales, marketing, and restaurant management teams to discuss challenges and establish growth strategies.
Participate actively in strategy and leadership meetings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Be a member of relevant industry-related associations and attend functions as necessary.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners to promote the brand and drive awareness and revenue.

Required

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any Business-related areas.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing.
Relevant experience in hospitality sector, service industry and luxury segments.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and sales skills.
Strong oral & written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects, divisions and multiple outlets.
