Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan
Build a marketing calendar that takes into account all of Farmlink’s digital channels
Build marketing campaigns that help us reach both current and new donors
Manage and develop the current marketing team members
Deeply understand donor audience and build donor segmentation and journey
Implement and analyze key performance marketing metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage press and public relations
Help ensure that The Farmlink Project’s visual identity and brand message is consistent and resonates among our target audiences

Required
8-15 years of experience in marketing or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and grow a team
Experience working with creative and design teams
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan

Build marketing campaigns that help us reach both current and new donors
Manage and develop the current marketing team members

Preferred
BA/BS in marketing, communications or related field
Experience in non profit a plus
